رمات راحيل مستوطنة يهودية على مشارف القدس الجنوبية
في عام 1948 تمكن المتطوعون العرب بقيادة البطل المصري احمد عبد العزيز من السيطرة عليها لكن حدث ان المواطنين صعدوا الى المستوطنة واهتموا باخذ ما اغتبروه غنائما فالتفت القوات الصهوينة واعادة احتلالها تماما مثلما حدث في معركة جبل احد
هذه المستوطنة تكتزن جزءا مهما من تاريخ القدس القديم وفيها اجريت وتجرى حفريات كشفت عن الكثير
هذه الصور من موسم الحفريات الجاري في رامات راحيل الذي يستقطب متطوعين اجانب، و باشراف علماء اثار اسرائيليين
